Conditional discharge is a possibility for first time offenders.

Another great place to toke is Quarry Hill (701 Silver Creek Rd NE). Take HW14 East. Turn left onto 30th Ave. go straight at the stoplight. 30th Ave. will turn into East circle drive. Turn left onto Silver Creek Rd, it will take you right to the parking lot. Go take a hike. Or go in the caves.
